DelliGifts is an online store that offers production and delivery of customized gift boxes for corporate clients and events.

3. Object of the Contract

Users can purchase customized gift boxes through the Website. Once the order is placed, a contract is formed between the Client and DelliGifts, and the products will be delivered as per the order.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights over the Website’s content, including text, images, logos, and graphics, are owned by DelliGifts or third parties who have granted DelliGifts a license. 5. Placing an Order

To place an order, the User must complete the order form on the Website, provide necessary information (name, address, email, etc.), and select desired products. Once the order is completed and confirmed by DelliGifts, the contract is considered concluded.

6. Prices and Payment

• Prices include VAT and are expressed in RON / MDL / Euro, depending on the chosen currency.
• Payment can be made via the available methods on the Website, including credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery, depending on the selected option.
• DelliGifts reserves the right to change prices, but these changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

7. Delivery

• DelliGifts commits to delivering the ordered products within an estimated time frame, which will be specified on the Website.
• Delivery will be made via courier or other available methods.
• The delivery cost may vary based on the Client’s location and will be communicated at the time of order.

8. Return and Refund Policy

In accordance with applicable regulations, Clients may request to return products within 14 days from receiving the order, subject to return conditions. The products must be returned in original condition, unused, and with intact packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

9. User Responsibility

The User agrees to provide accurate and complete information when placing the order and ensures that the delivery details are correct. DelliGifts is not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect information provided by the Client.
